1. Information you provide
Trendaro uses account registration and sign-in information, profile details, business details, social handles you enter, campaign briefs and media, applications, collaboration submissions, feedback and related activity records to provide its services. The information collected depends on the features you use.
Ordinary creator and business profiles are publicly discoverable. Do not place private or sensitive information in public profile fields. Social-account sharing settings are separate from your ordinary profile and do not hide details you manually enter there.
2. Connecting TikTok and other social accounts
Social connections are optional. Selecting Connect opens the provider’s official authorization process, where you review and grant permissions. Trendaro does not request your TikTok password. A connection is recorded only after authorization succeeds; a profile-fetch error is shown rather than treated as a completed, synchronized connection.
The current TikTok integration requests only user.info.basic. It requests the TikTok account identifier, display name and avatar URL and uses only information actually returned by the API. It does not request TikTok follower statistics, videos, engagement metrics or extended profile access. TikTok follower statistics remain unavailable unless additional permissions and API access are confirmed.
Trendaro also records connection status, sync timestamps, errors and sharing preferences. Other providers may show Setup Required and are not represented as operational connections until configured. Manual social handles and audience figures are separate, self-reported information.
3. How information is used
Information supports sign-in, profile display, creator discovery, campaign publishing, applications, collaboration tracking, notifications and connection refresh. Connected social information can identify your linked account and display permitted information according to your sharing settings.
Where supported and authorized, audience discovery uses available, officially returned counts that a creator has chosen to share. Hidden or unavailable counts are excluded. A combined audience count is not a count of unique people. The current TikTok basic-access connection does not supply those follower counts.
4. Public visibility and sharing
Connected social accounts are not publicly shared by default. In Platforms & Accounts, you can choose whether to make an account public and whether supported fields, such as its avatar or available audience information, may be shown. Public social-account views include only connected accounts and fields allowed by those settings.
Published campaigns and public profiles are visible to visitors. Applications, collaboration material and private campaign files are handled through participant and ownership access controls. Information you submit to another participant is available to them as needed for that workflow.
5. Service providers and AI
Trendaro uses Lovable Cloud for its application services, account access, stored records and files. Optional social authorization uses Lovable’s connector service and the social platform’s API. The connector manages provider authorization credentials; Trendaro stores a per-user connection handle on the server rather than exposing it in public account views.
When you use AI proposal drafting or creator matching, relevant campaign briefs, supplied profile information and optional notes are sent through Lovable’s AI service for processing by a model provider. Avoid including secrets or sensitive information. This policy does not promise a particular model-provider retention period or that submitted text is never retained.
6. Browser storage and operational information
Trendaro uses browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions. Demonstration saves use session-only storage separate from real marketplace records. Hosting and connected services may process request and diagnostic information to operate the service. This policy does not assert that every hosting-level cookie or analytics mechanism has been independently audited.
7. Disconnecting a social account
Open your Trendaro profile, go to Platforms & Accounts and select Disconnect for TikTok. When the operation succeeds, Trendaro asks its connector service to disconnect, hides the local account from public social views, clears its stored social profile data and removes the saved connection handle. If an error appears, disconnection has not been confirmed; retry or manage Trendaro’s authorization in TikTok’s own account settings.
Disconnecting does not delete your Trendaro account, campaigns, applications or collaboration history. Manually saved profile handles are separate and can be edited in your profile. Disconnection does not promise deletion of information independently retained by TikTok or another service provider.
8. Data deletion, retention and privacy requests
Trendaro does not currently provide a self-service account-deletion tool. You can edit profile details, turn off social sharing and disconnect supported accounts, but those controls are not a complete account or history deletion process.
A monitored public privacy and data-deletion contact address has not yet been supplied by the operator. Until it is published here, there is no dedicated deletion-request channel on this site. Do not post identity documents, passwords or deletion requests in public profile fields. Once a contact is available, a request should identify your Trendaro account and the data concerned, without including your password.
No fixed retention schedule or guaranteed deletion deadline is stated here because neither has been established for the current service. Disconnecting alone should not be assumed to erase copies, backups or records held by other participants or providers.
9. Policy changes
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. This policy describes current features; it does not claim legal certification, regulatory compliance, TikTok approval or endorsement by any social platform.
