1. Using Trendaro
These terms apply when you use Trendaro. Use the platform only if you can enter into agreements that apply to your activities. If you represent a business, you must have authority to act for it. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.
Trendaro provides profiles, creator discovery, campaign briefs, applications and collaboration tools. Listings and connections do not guarantee work, audience reach, commercial results or payment.
2. Accounts and accurate information
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent your audience or claim verification or platform approval that you do not have. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Self-reported audience figures are not API-verified statistics. Clearly labelled demonstration profiles and campaigns are examples, not real marketplace activity.
3. Campaigns and collaborations
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of campaign briefs, budgets, deadlines and requirements. Creators are responsible for their proposals and submitted work. Participants should agree on scope, usage rights, revisions, deadlines and payment arrangements before beginning work.
Trendaro does not currently provide escrow or payment processing. Applying, accepting an application, submitting work or marking work complete does not transfer money. Participants arrange payments directly and remain responsible for their commercial agreements.
4. Optional social-account connections
Connecting a social account is optional and uses the platform’s official authorization process. You authorize access at the social platform; Trendaro does not ask for your social password. A connection is not successful until authorization and account retrieval succeed.
The current TikTok connection requests basic profile access only: an account identifier, display name and avatar, where returned by TikTok. Follower statistics, videos and extended profile information are not provided by this basic-access connection. Other social connections may remain unavailable pending setup.
You may use the Disconnect control in your profile’s Platforms & Accounts section. Disconnecting is different from deleting your Trendaro account. See the Privacy Policy for data use, visibility and deletion limitations. Social-platform terms also apply; connecting an account does not establish endorsement by TikTok or any other platform.
5. Content and acceptable use
Only upload or submit content you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in your content; submitting it permits Trendaro to store and display it as needed for the features you use and the visibility you select. Collaboration-specific usage rights must be agreed between the participants.
Do not use Trendaro for fraud, harassment, unlawful advertising, infringement, unauthorized access, credential harvesting or interference with the service. Advertising and sponsored content must follow applicable requirements and the rules of the platforms where it is published.
6. AI-assisted features
Optional AI tools help draft proposals and rank creator fit. Relevant briefs, profile details and notes are sent to an external AI service when these features are used. Review the output before relying on it: suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not guarantees of suitability or results. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share.
7. Availability and responsibility
Features may change or be unavailable, including when social platforms restrict permissions or access. Trendaro does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of information supplied by other users or external services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Review the current terms before using the service.
A dedicated public contact address for the Trendaro operator has not yet been published. These terms do not imply a support channel, dispute-resolution service or response deadline that is not currently available.
